We’re looking for a content professional with experience crafting UX writing and customer-centric messaging across digital touchpoints – from onboarding emails to self-service support content. You’ll collaborate with design, product, and CX teams to deliver clear, useful, and accessible content at every stage of the customer journey.

My client is a swiss telecommunications business and we are recruiting a skilled and creative content professional to join their digital experience team on a 12-month freelance/contract basis.
The position is for a UX / Content Writer, who loves crafting content that improves customer experience at every stage of the journey.
What You’ll Do
As a UX / Content Writer, you’ll be responsible for planning, writing, and optimizing content across a range of digital touchpoints. Your content will guide and support customers from their first onboarding email to order confirmations, support pages, and ongoing self-care.
You’ll work closely with UX, design, and product teams to shape meaningful experiences across:
- Websites and microsites for various brands under the umbrella
- Transactional and lifecycle emails, including order confirmations, onboarding, renewals, etc.
- Help and support pages, self-service flows, FAQs
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience writing for digital customer journeys (UX writing, email, support content, etc)
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills – ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with tools like CMS systems, Figma, or content frameworks a plus
- Bonus points for a telecommunications background
