With interdisciplinary teams, BIM-driven processes, and full authorisation to submit building plans across all railway trades, we ensure high-quality, forward-thinking project delivery.
We’re now expanding our teams in Dresden, Berlin, and Nuremberg.
Your Tasks

Coordinate and support model-based collaboration across specialist planners in complex railway infrastructure projects (new builds, conversions, upgrades) across service phases 1-7

Drive the continuous development and company-wide implementation of internal BIM standards, guidelines, tools, and methods

Serve as the central point of contact for clients, internal disciplines, and external stakeholders regarding model-based planning within the BIM methodology

Manage interfaces, including scheduling and contractual coordination with internal and external planners

Create, coordinate, and validate overall models from specialist models

Review Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), prepare BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and contribute to updates and implementation
Your Profile

Degree in civil engineering (ideally transportation or structural engineering) or a comparable qualification

Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM-based project management and planning within railway infrastructure

Strong knowledge of tools such as Desite, BIM MD, BIMcollab Zoom, Navisworks or similar coordination software

Experience in at least one design software such as Revit, Civil 3D, KorFin, or ProVI

Familiarity with Lean Management or Scrum is a plus

Excellent communication and consulting skills, with an independent working style

Very strong German language proficiency (C1)
