Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Developer – CSM
Project Scope:
A freelance role focused on the development, configuration, and technical delivery of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) for a major financial services organisation. The consultant will be responsible for scripting, workflow configuration, and integration development to support case management, customer workflows, and omni-channel automation. The role includes building custom applications, optimising platform performance, and working alongside architects and business analysts to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring the platform scales to support high transaction volumes.

Must Have Experience:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM, including case management, workflows, and omni-channel
- Advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes)
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
- Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- English (C1+ or above)
Contract Length: 12 months
