- Payroll: Coordinating and processing payroll accurately, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Pensions and benefits: Managing pension administration, employee benefits and related queries.
- HR administration: Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR documentation and processes are up to date.

- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Practical experience managing sensitive and confidential HR cases.
- Experience processing payroll and administering pensions and employee benefits.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the confidence to advise employees and managers.
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands and take ownership of day-to-day HR activities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a high level of discretion.
Desirable: Experience using Rippling or another modern HRIS and payroll platform, particularly within a small business or fast-paced environment.
Why Consider This Opportunity?

- The opportunity to take ownership of a broad HR remit.
- A varied, hands-on assignment where your expertise will have an immediate impact.
- Potential for the engagement to grow into a full-time opportunity.
- An urgent start, with the opportunity to make a difference from day one.
