Remote work offering – On-site / field-based across London (travel required between client sites)
Client Industry – Building Services / Facilities Management (Building Automation & Controls)
Contract Length – Interim, until permanent hire is secured (duration to be confirmed)
Contract type – Temp to Perm (contract initially, transitioning to a permanent placement)
Project focus
A growing building automation team across London has three openings for experienced technicians to take on post-commissioning service, maintenance, and optimisation of Building Management Systems across a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites.
Key skills and Experience required
- Proven experience as a BMS Service Technician, with a strong background in servicing, fault-finding, and maintaining Building Management Systems
- Hands-on experience with one or more BMS platforms: Tridium Niagara, Distech, Schneider EcoStruxure, Trend, or Delta Controls
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, troubleshooting hardware, software, and control issues
- Confident carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls independently
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision across multiple client sites
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
