Project focus
An international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme rolling a global Core Model out to local sites. You will lead business transformation and process readiness for the Sales and Distribution / Order to Cash area, aligning local business teams with the template processes, driving change management and making sure each deployment lands successfully.
Key skills and Experience required
- Strong end-to-end functional expertise in SAP SD / Order to Cash processes
- Solid hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience; S/4HANA Public Cloud exposure is a strong advantage
- Proven track record on Core Model / Global Template programmes and international rollouts
- Experience preparing and running Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops
- Gap analysis, business process analysis and process mapping
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into clear inputs for IT and SAP delivery teams
- Site readiness and business prerequisites ahead of deployment, working with site managers and local stakeholders
- Supporting UAT, cutover, Go-Live and hypercare
- Change management, user adoption and training delivery
- Strong stakeholder management, comfortable bridging Business and IT
- Fluent English is mandatory
