We’re looking for an International Project Manager to oversee multidisciplinary projects such as new routes, station upgrades, and track renewals. From engineering through to delivery, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards of quality-while navigating cultural differences, international regulations, and a wide range of stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

As our International Project Manager, you will:

• Lead, coach, and inspire your project team to deliver successful outcomes.

• Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong and lasting relationships.

• Take ownership of purchasing materials and services needed for delivery.

• Manage the overall project budget, keeping everything on track financially.

• Identify and report on contract deviations or changes, ensuring transparency.

• Guarantee that safety measures are planned and implemented effectively.

Who we’re looking for

You are a proactive leader with a solid track record in project management and the ability to thrive in international, multidisciplinary environments. Ideally, you bring:

• A higher professional education (HBO) level, preferably in engineering, construction, or business administration.

• 5+ years of project management experience in infrastructure, technology, or the rail sector.

• Strong contractual knowledge (Design & Construct), with the ability to negotiate constructively with clients and partners.

• Leadership qualities: you’re a team player who knows how to manage and coach effectively.

• A solution-oriented mindset, natural curiosity, and adaptability to changing circumstances.

• Strong organizational skills: structured, clear-thinking, and quick to switch gears when needed.
