Your Qualifications:

- Extensive site assessment expertise
- Confident communication with customers, authorities, and planning partners
- Good verbal and written communication skills, German and ideally also in English
- GIS and/or CAD knowledge

Your Responsibilities:
- Identification and evaluation of potential locations for solar parks and/or battery projects
- Conducting thorough feasibility analyses and reviewing approval requirements
- Negotiation of land acquisition contracts with landowners and stakeholders
- Collaboration with the development, legal and technical teams to ensure smooth land acquisition and project progress
- Maintaining communication and relationships with owners, authorities and stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Support of ongoing development projects
- Utilization of Industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics
