Service Support Specialist

SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Software Support Specialist who wants to keep growing in an environment where teamwork, generosity, and ambition play a key role in developing systems capable of providing agility and acceleration to industrial manufacturing.

What will you do?

As a part of the Software Support team, you will work cooperating closely with other support teams performing the following tasks:

· Provide Level 1-2 technical customer support for CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics applications used in sheet metal processing.

· Diagnose and resolve software issues reported by customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.

· Escalate complex issues to 2nd level support team, internal development or engineering teams, ensuring clear documentation.

· Install, configure, and update software applications on customer systems.

· Cooperate with technology support teams to diagnose and resolve issues related to our advanced manufacturing systems.

· Provide remote or on‑site training when required.

What are we looking for?

· Technical background: Computer Science, Industrial/Mechanical/Telecommunication Engineering.

· 1+ years’ experience in software support or technical customer service.

· Problem‑solving mindset and strong analytical ability.

· Excellent communication skills and customer‑oriented attitude.

· Proficiency in English. Dutch knowledge is a plus

· Experience with CAD/CAM software, MES and ERP applications.

· When needed, travel to subsidiaries or customer on-site locations to lead and direct upgrades, training, meetings and presentations
