Identity and Access Management Analyst (Eindhoven)

In this role, you will go beyond governance alone and help elevate our client’s IAM capabilities to the next level by working closely with outsourcing partners and internal teams to build, enhance, and continuously improve a scalable, future-ready IAM environment.

As an IAM Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our next-generation Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of IAM capabilities alongside external partners and vendors.

· Bridge strategy and execution, ensuring IAM solutions are practical, effective, and successfully implemented.

· Optimize and professionalize IAM processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) and Access Lifecycle Management.

· Support the implementation of modern IAM solutions, including Identity Governance, automation, and system integrations.

· Ensure access management is not only compliant but also efficient, scalable, and future proof.

· Act as the key liaison between IT, Security, the business, and external partners, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

· Identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into actionable initiatives.

· Maintain core IAM controls such as Access Reviews, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD), while focusing on building, improving, and modernizing the overall IAM capability.

Requirements

· Passionate about building and evolving Identity and Access Management capabilities within a complex organization. A combination of a governance mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach and are driven by delivering measurable business value.

· BSc / MSc degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

· 5-6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or IT Security.

· Strong knowledge of IAM processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Access Governance.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

· Comfortable operating at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, translating business objectives into effective IAM solutions.

· Vendor management and/or outsourced service providers is considered an advantage.
