This is a fully field-based role where engineers work independently at customer sites, carrying out diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance within residential environments.
Location / Coverage
- Preferred location: Between Brussels and Charleroi
- Open to candidates located in surrounding areas
- Regional coverage across Belgium
- Travel requirements may vary depending on service demand and workload
- Additional hiring expected due to two engineers retiring before the end of the year
Candidate Profile
Must-Have
- Strong electrical, electromechanical or mechatronic background
- Hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance and repair experience
- Comfortable working independently in a customer-facing environment
- Able to communicate professionally with customers
Language Requirements
- French and English
- Dutch is a strong advantage but not essential
- As long as the candidate can communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, language flexibility is possible
Nice to Have
- Experience repairing domestic appliances / white goods
- Previous Field Service experience
- Experience working directly at customer sites
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
