Darwin Space are currently hiring for a Product Manager on behalf of a business in Munich.

Responsibilities

* Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the business mobility platform, from concept and validation through deployment and continuous improvement.

* Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.

* Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within scope.

* Ensure product decisions are driven by customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

* Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to guide future enhancements and roadmap priorities.

* Serve as the primary interface between engineering, commercial, marketing, leadership, customers, and strategic partners.

* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.

* Gather, prioritise, and synthesise customer feedback into meaningful product improvements.

* Support customer engagements, demonstrations, workshops, and product adoption activities.

* Partner with commercial and marketing teams to develop market forecasts, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

* Support successful product launches and customer deployments.

* Define and communicate product value propositions, customer benefits, and competitive differentiators.

* Contribute to sales enablement materials, customer training, product documentation, and marketing content.

* Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical specialists.

* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering or a related technical discipline

* 5+ years of product management experience within one or more of the following sectors: Mobility, Automotive, Transport & Logistics, Agriculture, Telecommunications or Aerospace

* Experienced of successfully managing products through the full product lifecycle.

* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

* Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.

* Hands-on experience building, testing, launching, or scaling technology products.

* Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, cloud-based architectures, and modern technology stacks.

* Experience using product and collaboration tools such as: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Microsoft 365 or similar platforms
