Job title – QA/QC Engineer

Contract Length – 12 Months (with potential for extension)
Contract type – Freelance / Independent Contractor
Project focus
You will oversee the comprehensive quality management for a large-scale, high-value data centre construction project in Dublin. The role focuses on managing quality assurance and control frameworks across both structural builds and complex mechanical/electrical installations from initial phases through to final commissioning and handover.
Key skills and Experience required
Industry Experience: Strong QA/QC background on large-scale data centre, pharmaceutical, or high-tech construction projects.
Technical Knowledge: Experience inspecting both CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) scopes.
Quality Management: Skilled in implementing QA/QC procedures, managing ITPs, and closing out NCRs.
Handover & Compliance: Proven track record managing commissioning documentation, quality dossiers, and O&M manuals.
Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings across multiple disciplines.
