We are seeking an experienced Client-Side HVAC Technical Lead to support the design and construction of a major new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Role Overview
- Act as the client’s HVAC technical authority from design through construction and handover
- Review and challenge HVAC designs to ensure GMP, GEP, and regulatory compliance
- Provide technical oversight during construction, ensuring quality, coordination, and constructability
- Interface with designers, EPCM partners, contractors, and vendors
- Support commissioning and qualification activities
Requirements
- Strong background in HVAC design and construction on complex projects
- Experience in pharmaceutical / life sciences / regulated environments
- In-depth knowledge of cleanroom HVAC systems
- Confident technical leader with strong stakeholder management skills
