Area Sales Manager – Marine/Offshore

Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and growing key markets? We’re looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a regional customer portfolio, lead sales growth, and develop strategic client relationships in an international environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead sales activities and drive profitable growth across the assigned territory
- Manage and develop both existing and new customer accounts
- Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and budget performance
- Build strong collaboration between Sales and Service teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Develop and implement strategic account plans and annual customer development plans
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and act with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Deliver accurate reporting and market insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company strategy, HSEQ standards, and industry regulations
- Represent the brand professionally and build long-term customer partnerships
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of international sales management experience
- Background in marine/offshore/technical equipment markets is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) – additional languages are a plus
- Strong communicator, negotiator, and influencer at all levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and seize commercial opportunities
- Skilled in strategic account planning, budgeting, and customer development
- Culturally aware and confident working in a global business environment
- Structured, results-focused, and able to manage priorities under pressure
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and building long-term value
