Join a five-person team taking an SAP ECC HCM Time Management solution into live support for the German employee population, which goes live on 1 January 2027. You will lead functional support for Germany through go-live, hypercare and the move into RUN, owning German-specific time requirements, incidents, enhancements and stakeholder relationships, and helping to improve the solution over time.
Key skills and Experience required
- Expert, hands-on SAP HCM Time Management (PT) configuration and support experience on ECC
- Proven delivery of German Time Management processes and country-specific HR requirements
- Strong understanding of German working-time regulations, absences and quotas
- Fluent German and fluent English (spoken and written); French is a bonus
- Solid knowledge of PA/OM, HR tables and HR objects
- Experience integrating Time Management with Payroll and wider end-to-end HR processes
- Background in RUN / AMS support: incident, problem and change management, root cause analysis, bug fixes and enhancements
- Experience supporting international rollouts, testing, go-live, hypercare and transition into RUN
- Able to write functional specifications and documentation, train key users and hand over knowledge to support teams
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
