Senior Project Manager – Heating Infrastructure

We are partnering with a leading energy infrastructure organisation that plays a key role in delivering and modernising large-scale heating and energy systems. As part of continued growth and investment, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex heating and district energy projects from concept through to commissioning and handover.

In this role, you will take full ownership of project delivery, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, risks, stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the primary interface between customers, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and internal teams while driving commercial performance and project success.

I’m looking for candidates with significant experience managing large-scale heating, district heating, energy infrastructure, utilities, industrial construction, HVAC, or related technical projects. Strong contract management, stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, and leadership skills are essential.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years’ project management experience in heating, energy, utilities, infrastructure, HVAC, or industrial projects

• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects end-to-end

• Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management skills

• Experience leading contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams

• Fluent English; German is advantageous
