We’re partnering with a global eCommerce organisation to hire a Senior Product Manager to own the seller-facing web and native mobile experience for a high-scale shipping platform processing hundreds of millions of shipments annually.
What You’ll Do
- Own product strategy, roadmap and delivery across key web and mobile seller experiences.
- Drive product discovery through customer research, analytics, experimentation, usability testing and A/B testing.
- Partner with Engineering, Design and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable and data-driven solutions.
Experience Required
- 5+ years’ Product Management experience, ideally within eCommerce, marketplace, SaaS or consumer digital products.
- Experience launching and scaling web and/or native mobile products, with a strong understanding of UX, mobile ecosystems and modern frontend development.
- Proven track record using analytics, experimentation and customer insights to prioritise roadmaps and deliver measurable business impact.
Nice to Have
- Logistics, shipping, fulfilment or supply chain product experience.
- Experience with design systems, feature flags and modern product delivery practices.
- Experience scaling products across global markets or supporting high-volume digital platforms.
