UKG Consultant Role Requirements
- U.S. citizens only
- Extensive experience with UKG Pro WFM
- UKG certification is mandatory (specific certification not required, but must be current and relevant)
- Proven ability to step in and contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up
- Experience implementing UKG solutions, configuring and building out modules, and managing projects end-to-end
- Comfortable acting as both a hands-on consultant and a project manager
- Strong communication skills; this is a fully client-facing role
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Fully remote, based anywhere within the United States
- Exposure to full-scope UKG consulting work, not limited to a single module or function
