The role is completely remote
In-depth understanding of Databricks infrastructure, including cluster setup, workspace management, and integrations with cloud platforms (AWS and GCP).
Practical experience configuring Databricks in new environments and optimizing its usage for data workflows. Knowledge of Databricks features like Spark, Delta Lake, and ML pipelines.
Data Migration Skills:
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing data migration projects across diverse platforms.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Airflow on Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Astronomer or Amazon
- Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA).
- Proficient in Python and SQL for building and maintaining workflows.
- Strong understanding of integrating Spark jobs into Airflow pipelines.
