Your tasks

• They advise our asset and facility management teams, as well as external partners, with their expertise as an architect or civil engineer.
• This primarily involves the management/project control of various CAPEX measures, tenant improvements and renovations of existing buildings.
• In this role, you ensure the smooth, timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of the construction projects under your supervision.
• You will then be responsible for coordinating and monitoring external and internal planning teams, project deadlines, plan review, invoice control, and construction control.
• Their area of ​​responsibility extends from the planning phase to the project handover.
• Finally, as a professional and competent contact person, you always have an open ear for our customers.

Your profile

• They have a completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, or a technical qualification.
• They already have several years of professional experience as project managers and are very familiar with the German construction industry.
• They are communicative and demonstrate a high level of commitment and entrepreneurial thinking.
• They have extensive construction experience, are familiar with construction costs, and apply their knowledge pragmatically.
• They are willing to travel.
• You can use Microsoft Office with confidence and precision.
• Finally, you have very good German skills (minimum C1) and good English skills.
