Position Summary
Seeking a highly experienced ADP Workforce Now (WFN) professional with deep expertise in the ADP ecosystem, including API Central, custom API development, integrations, and complex Workforce Now implementations. This individual will act as the SME for ADP Workforce Now, designing, building, and supporting integrations between ADP and enterprise applications.
Required Experience
- 5-10+ years of hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience
- Expert-level knowledge of ADP Workforce Now configuration
- Extensive experience with ADP API Central
- Experience developing and supporting ADP APIs
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and web services
- Experience integrating ADP WFN with third-party systems such as:
- ERP
- Benefits providers
- Time & Attendance
- Recruiting platforms
- Finance/GL systems
- Identity management
- Experience with inbound and outbound data feeds
- Experience troubleshooting API and integration issues
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and payroll tax concepts
- Experience with employee lifecycle processes
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Responsibilities
- Own all ADP Workforce Now integrations
- Develop, test, and maintain APIs using ADP API Central
- Build secure REST-based integrations
- Configure Workforce Now modules
- Support Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Time systems
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Lead integration projects
- Maintain API documentation
- Ensure compliance with ADP best practices and security standards
