We’re looking for a Field Service Technician with hands-on experience servicing pumps and air compressors. This role supports customers 24/7 and includes travel, on-call rotation, and occasional overnight stays.
What You’ll Do

Service, troubleshoot, and repair pumps and air compressors (rotary screw) in the field

Perform equipment start-ups, commissioning, and customer training

Follow OSHA safety standards at all times

Complete service documentation using electronic devices

Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

Maintain a clean service vehicle and work environment

Participate in on-call rotation and travel as needed

Mentor and assist with training junior technicians
What We’re Looking For
-
High school diploma or GED
-
2+ years of mechanical field service experience (pumps/air compressors preferred)
-
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to read schematics and diagrams
-
Comfortable using test equipment and tablets
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted / 100 lbs assisted

U.S. citizen with a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or valid U.S. passport
-
Ability to pass background, reference, and drug screening
