A Danish-backed solar and battery storage developer (300-400 MW German pipeline) is hiring a Head of Grid to lead grid strategy, DSO/TSO relationships, and team growth across Germany.

The Role:

• Own all grid-related activities for German portfolio
• Lead DSO/TSO negotiations and grid operator relationships
• Interpret technical simulations (Power Factory, MATLAB) from HQ technical team
• Manage junior grid team member
• Define and execute grid connection strategy
• Clear progression to Head of Technical Team, Germany (within 18-24 months)

You Have:

• 5-8+ years in grid operations, connections, or technical grid roles
• Proven DSO/TSO relationship management and negotiation track record
• Technical depth: Power Factory, MATLAB, or similar grid simulation tools
• Deep German grid market knowledge
• Team leadership experience (or ready for first leadership role)
• Fluent German + English
