Program Manager – Autonomous Systems (Defense & Robotics)- Netherlands-Full Time
We are partnering with an exciting start-up who create autonomous aerial systems for defense and emergency response, leveraging swarming algorithms to tackle complex intelligence challenges.
They are looking for a Program Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of autonomy and swarming software for unmanned systems. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, ensure projects align with customer goals, and drive technical excellence and scalability across platforms.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in program or technical management
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Strong planning, risk management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of C++, Python, or Linux is a plus
- EU or NATO citizenship
