What You’ll Do
- Own and drive finance-related processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions and system designs.
- Configure and optimize D365 Finance modules while ensuring standardization and adherence to best practices.
- Lead and support international projects implementing the Dynamics 365 Finance module.
- Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while considering stakeholder requirements and regional regulations.
- Lead internal IT project teams, coordinate with external partners, and promote effective collaboration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Finance stakeholders, bridging the gap between business and IT.
- Coordinate with developers, partners, and solution architects on system delivery and integrations.
- Support UAT, training, and go-live activities.
- Provide 2nd-level support and drive continuous improvement of the D365 Finance application.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, compliance, and adherence to internal governance standards.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / AX.
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting, and consolidation.
- Proven experience leading international ERP projects and managing stakeholders across different cultures and functions.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-country environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
- Relevant project management or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management certifications are advantageous.
