Rate: Competitive based on experience

Job Description:
A major player in the European healthcare industry is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Accounting Analyst to manage payroll accounting in France and potentially other countries. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the client’s office. You’ll be responsible for month/quarter/year-end close processes, payroll account reconciliations, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company tackling some of the most critical challenges in healthcare.
Must Have:
✅ 3+ years of payroll accounting experience
✅ Experience with French payroll processes
✅ Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors, and SD Worx Accurat HCM
✅ Fluent in French & English
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience managing multi-country payroll in EMEA
➕ Knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and legal compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll accounting for France and other EMEA countries
Manage month/quarter/year-end close processes
Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries
Identify and implement payroll process improvements
Support SAP S/4 HANA implementation (Magellan Project)
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal standards
