Maintenance Planner / Service Operations Planner
We are looking for a Maintenance Planner / Service Operations Planner to join our renewable energy service team. In this role, you will coordinate people, parts, tools, permits, and daily activities to ensure efficient maintenance and service operations at wind turbine sites.
Contract Information:
- Duration: 6 months, possible extension
- Location: Lemmer Netherlands – if your based in Europe you would require an A1 Certification for Social Security reasons
- Start: ASAP
- Hourly Rate: Depends on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, retrofit, and inspection activities
- Manage daily resource allocation, including technicians, tools, parts, and third parties
- Coordinate marine logistics and maintain accurate site records and schedules
- Monitor weather conditions and provide daily and weekly operational forecasts
- Prepare work packages, permits, briefings, toolbox talks, and handovers
- Manage service notifications, work orders, spare parts, hours, and purchase orders
- Support SAP planning, including service orders, maintenance plans, task lists, and resource scheduling
- Coordinate retrofit campaigns and statutory inspections
Requirements
- years of relevant planning or service operations experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel to site locations when required
