What You’ll Be Doing

From day one, you’ll be at the heart of product innovation:

• Lead the development of new projects, defining both technical and functional specifications.
• Design and build PLC software using structured, standardised templates.
• Take ownership of technical documentation, including bills of materials, manuals, and data sheets.
• Drive detailed engineering development, identifying optimal components and manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and clients to evaluate and refine prototypes.
• Support testing, simulations, and lab analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide expert technical support and continuously enhance product performance and cost efficiency.
• Keep software and systems up to date with the latest technologies and feedback loops.
• Stay ahead of the curve by tracking emerging regulations and innovations.

• Passion for automation, PLC programming, and product development
• Ideally someone with experience in PLC Siemens
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
