Job title – Senior Product Manager (App & Web)

Project focus
You will own the consumer-facing app and web experience of a B2B2C employee benefits marketplace, covering how users discover merchants, complete payments and manage their profile. Working closely with engineering, you will shape and deliver well-specified features using an AI-supported, spec-driven way of working.
Key skills and Experience required
- 7+ years in product management, including senior ownership of a transactional consumer product across app and web
- Hands-on marketplace experience across merchant search and discoverability, payment flows and user profiles
- Writes clear, structured PRDs that engineering can build from directly, within a spec-driven development approach
- Uses AI tools day to day in product discovery and documentation
- Onboards quickly and works independently, managing dependencies and keeping engineering unblocked with minimal guidance
- Available from December for a minimum of 6 months
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: B2B2C experience in the Swedish or Finnish market, and a background in employee benefits or marketplaces
