Field Service Technician:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of the company and play a key role in supporting our customers. You will work independently while being part of a highly motivated technical team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Machine Installation:

• Installation, assembly and commissioning of machinery
• Setting up tooling magazines and measuring tooling
• Starting up production and ensuring machines operate correctly

Customer Training:

• Training machine operators on programming and machine operation
• Providing guidance on production start-up procedures
• Delivering training on machine maintenance and best practices

Maintenance Repairs:

• Performing preventive maintenance activities
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical, mechanical faults
• Supporting customers with technical issues and machine performance

Requirements:

• MBO qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related technical discipline
• Experience with machinery, machine maintenance and fault
• Good command of both Dutch and English
