Due to continued success and sustained growth, we’re looking to hire experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join some of our highest-performing teams.

The Opportunity
You’ll join an established team operating within one of the world’s fastest-growing STEM sectors, working with leading businesses across Europe or the United States.
We are hiring into the following teams;
♂️ EU Permanent Service Engineering
⚙️ USA Permanent AI Hardware
USA Permanent Data Centres
️ USA Permanent Space & Satellites
USA Contract Data Centres
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
- Winning new business and developing existing client relationships.
- Building specialist talent networks within your market.
- Managing interview processes from initial briefing through to offer.
- Negotiating fees and commercial agreements.
- Becoming a genuine market expert within your specialist discipline.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for ambitious recruiters who want to maximise their earning potential whilst building a long-term career.
You’ll ideally have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience (360 recruitment essential).
- A proven track record of business development and placements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High levels of ambition, resilience and motivation.
- The desire to work within specialist, high-performing STEM markets.

Working Hours
EU Teams
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
USA Teams
Monday – Thursday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Office Location
This is a fully office-based position, working five days per week from our headquarters in Billericay, Essex.
