UKG Pro WFM Project Manager – Time & Attendance

About the Opportunity
A growing HR technology and consulting organization is rebuilding its Workforce Management (WFM) implementation practice and is looking for an experienced UKG Pro WFM Project Manager to join its permanent team.
The organization is undertaking a broader restructuring of its consulting and implementation function, with the goal of creating a stronger internal team, developing deeper expertise and providing a more integrated service to clients.
This role will be particularly suited to a Project Manager who also has strong functional UKG Pro WFM capability, particularly across Time & Attendance and other WFM modules.
The Role
You will take responsibility for managing UKG Pro WFM implementation and consulting projects while also bringing sufficient functional expertise to understand the technology, client requirements and challenges faced by the delivery team.
This is a highly client-facing position. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are structured effectively and delivered successfully.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating across both project management and functional WFM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage UKG Pro WFM implementation and consulting projects
- Act as a key client contact throughout project delivery
- Lead project planning, coordination and delivery activities
- Work with clients to understand requirements and priorities
- Provide functional expertise across UKG Pro WFM
- Bring strong knowledge of Time & Attendance and other WFM modules
- Coordinate effectively across consulting, implementation and technical teams
- Support discovery and requirements discussions
- Identify project risks, issues and opportunities
- Help establish strong delivery structures and processes
- Contribute to the development and upskilling of the wider permanent team
- Support the continued growth and maturity of the WFM implementation practice
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Project Management experience within UKG Pro WFM
- Experience managing WFM implementations, consulting engagements or projects
- Strong functional knowledge of Time & Attendance
- Knowledge of other UKG Pro WFM modules
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- A consultative and commercially aware approach
- Ability to operate effectively within a changing and growing organization
