• 2 years minimum experience working as a BMS Commissioning Engineer
• Experience with Trend, Tridium, Delta or Schneider
• Availability to work onsite in SE England
• BCIA01, 02 & 03 minimum required
• Electrical safety awareness training
• European Citizenship

• Commission and test BMS systems (HVAC, lighting, security), ensuring proper installation and operation per project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning to guarantee optimal system performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Configure, program, and test BMS components using Trend, Tridium, or Schneider platforms, providing technical support to installation teams.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration with other building services.
• Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, including test reports, checklists, and as-built drawings, and report progress to project managers.
• Ensure quality and safety, adhering to procedures, performing final inspections, and verifying systems meet all specifications.
