Join a global multi-brand e-commerce organisation that currently has a centralized workforce management function to help them establish HR teams and HR tooling for each of their individual brands. This is a de-merge of a centralized HR department.
Key skills required and responsibilities
- Experience of overseeing HRIS design, (technical) implementation and rollout as a programme manager or project manager
- Lead the configuration of the new HRIS to meet the individual brand’s needs
- Develop and implement change management strategies
- At least 7 years experience in programme/project management within design and rollout of HRIS systems across multiple regions
- Experience with multiple HRIS systems such as workday and ideally mid-market SaaS systems (The company are currently in an RFP process to select a replacement of workday)
- Experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders and/or private equity company stakeholders would be advantageous
Start: December 2024, latest 2025
Location: Remote with ocassional travel in Europe
