I’m recruiting on behalf of our client for a Freelance IT Project Manager.

Location: Berlin -onsite 4 days/week

Start: July 2026

Initial Contract: 3 Months

Capacity: 40 hours per week

Key responsibilities:
* Manage internal & external stakeholders
* Maintain project roadmap, risks & status tracking
* Coordinate IT office setup activities & resolve blockers
* Deliver weekly project updates

We’re looking for someone with:
* 5+ years in IT project management
* Experience with office networking, meeting rooms, CCTV, printers & physical security
* Fluent English (German is a plus)

* Experience in office re-location beneficial
