Darwin Recruitment is supporting a global organisation on a major archival systems modernisation programme. We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP ArchiveLink Consultant to drive the refactoring of enterprise archiving solutions, modernise legacy platforms, and lead the migration from on-premise storage to cloud-based architectures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior consultant with a strong background in SAP ArchiveLink, enterprise document management, and cloud migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the refactoring and modernisation of enterprise archival platforms.
• Design and improve SAP ArchiveLink and document archiving solutions.
• Deliver migration projects from legacy on-premise storage (Dell EMC, IBM FileNet) to cloud platforms.
• Maintain and enhance legacy archival applications while ensuring stability and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAP ArchiveLink integrations, user access, and secure connectivity.
• Support SAP S/4HANA upgrade activities, including testing and application refactoring.
• Integrate master data with SAP systems to meet business and legal archiving requirements.
• Coordinate external vendors and technical teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
