This is a field-based position focused on supporting customers onboard vessels throughout the Benelux region, with occasional international travel when required. Engineers work directly on propulsion-related systems, supporting customers with diagnostics, fault finding, troubleshooting, commissioning and repair activities. The role is heavily customer-facing and provides a unique opportunity to work within the marine industry on highly specialised vessel propulsion systems.
Key Responsibilities: * Troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults onboard vessels * Performing diagnostics, testing and fault-finding activities * Supporting planned maintenance and repair work * Providing breakdown and emergency support when required * Working on propulsion-related control systems and equipment * Supporting commissioning activities for new vessel builds * Verifying system functionality before vessel handover * Working closely with customers, shipyards and technical contractors * Providing technical support throughout the vessel lifecycle
