We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team, which is dedicated to the production, management, and maintenance of maritime installations. As a key partner in the design, installation, maintenance, and inspection of electrical installations on ships and offshore platforms, we offer a dynamic, supportive environment where your skills can grow.
Role Overview:
In this full-time role, you will manage important client relationships and negotiations, playing a crucial role in our expanding organization. You’ll oversee all aspects of project coordination-from initial planning and execution to post-completion follow-up. Responsibilities include technical, commercial, and financial project outcomes, as well as handling client-specific service requests.
You will lead a team of Marine & Offshore specialists, collaborating closely with the wider project team to promote quality, safety, and environmental standards. Regular site visits and communication with clients and suppliers are key aspects of this role, with direct reporting to the branch manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBO-level training in electrical engineering (or equivalent), with HBO-level thinking and working ability
- VCA-VOL certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Strong in both team settings and independent work
- Organizationally strong, customer-focused, stress-resilient, and flexible
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
