Head of Sales

Darwin Space are hiring for a Head of Sales on behalf of a company in Lulea, Sweden.

The Head of Sales will own the company’s revenue strategy, identifying and developing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving sales across government, commercial, and institutional clients. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience selling LEO-focused space technologies, satellite services, or related aerospace solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy for LEO satellite products and services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with international space agencies, commercial satellite operators, and industry stakeholders.
* Lead a high-performing sales team, mentoring and coaching to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
* Identify new market opportunities and guide product positioning to align with customer needs.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
* Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and customer engagements.
* Report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the executive team.

Qualifications:
* 5+ Years Proven track record in space industry sales, specifically in LEO satellite systems, services, or launch solutions
* Strong network with commercial, governmental, or institutional LEO stakeholders.
* Experience managing a sales team and scaling revenue in a high-tech or aerospace environment.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with analytical skills to identify and capitalize on market trends.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
* Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
