I’m currently working with an Aluminium company who is looking to engage with a HSE Supervisor to oversee scope such as mechanical , electrical , instrumentation and piping MIEP installation. The HSE Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and enforcing all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements for the project. This role includes an initial remote compliance review phase followed by full on-site HSE management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of Norwegian HSE laws and regulations
- Certification in occupational health and safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently during remote phases and lead on-site teams
- Fluency in English

- Compliance Gap Assessment Report
- Updated HSE documentation aligned with Norwegian regulations
- Incident and audit reports
- Training records and safety performance metrics
