We are currently supporting a leading organisation in France that is looking to engage an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Techno-Functional Consultant to support and optimise their SAP ECC Time Management landscape.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term project, working within a complex SAP ECC environment and supporting critical HR and Time Management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements related to SAP HCM Time Management
- Translate business needs into scalable SAP HCM solutions
- Configure and support SAP Time Management modules
- Lead workshops, demonstrations and business discussions
- Participate in end-to-end implementation activities including design, testing and go-live support
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules
- Customise schemas and rules to meet business requirements
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation
- Support compliance with labour regulations and internal policies
- Deliver user training and post-go-live support
- Resolve Time Management incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Drive continuous improvements across the SAP HCM landscape
Required Skills
- Strong SAP HCM Time Management configuration experience
- Solid understanding of HR business processes
- Experience working within SAP ECC environments
- ABAP HR writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting live production environments
Languages
- Fluent French (mandatory)
Contract Details
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 Months + extension potential
- Location: La Garenne-Colombes (2 days onsite, Monday & Wednesday)
- Remote: 3 days per week
