Senior HCM Sales Executive – HR Technology / SaaS

We are working with a high-growth HR Technology / SaaS organisation that is transforming the way employers manage and deliver employee benefits.
With approximately 560 employees and more than 5 million consumers receiving benefits through its platform, the business has established itself as a significant player within the US HR Tech ecosystem.
Its technology platform enables employers to manage key areas of the employee benefits lifecycle, including benefits communication, shopping, enrolment, billing, compliance and ongoing administration.
The business is continuing to invest heavily in technology, integrations, automation and AI, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced HCM sales professional to join at an important stage of its growth.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced HCM / HR Technology Sales professional to join the organisation and drive new business across the US market.
This is an enterprise-focused sales position, selling technology solutions into organisations and engaging with senior stakeholders across HR, Benefits, HCM and C-level functions.
The role would suit someone who understands the HCM/HR Technology landscape and is comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, developing relationships with senior decision-makers and positioning SaaS solutions against business challenges.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play an important role in growing the company’s presence within the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and enterprise sales across the US market.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across HR, Benefits, HCM and C-level functions.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within target organisations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and understand their business, HR and benefits challenges.
- Present and demonstrate the value of enterprise HR technology and SaaS solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams across sales, product, marketing and customer success.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Represent the business at relevant industry events and within the wider HCM/HR Technology community.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HCM, HR Technology, Benefits Technology or B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong track record of enterprise new business sales.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions with longer sales cycles.
- Comfortable engaging with HR, Benefits, HCM and C-level decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the US enterprise market.
- Consultative and commercially minded sales approach.
- Demonstrable history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
