The mission:
- You will be involved in the full lifecycle of offshore wind or shipbuilding projects, from initial planning to ongoing operations.
- Implement projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Lead projects to successful completion
- Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance concepts
- Method Development: Create and implement specific work methods, incorporating robust risk assessments
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage internal and external interfaces, including project meetings and acceptances
- Construction Oversight: Monitor construction activities and subcontractor performance
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) in one of the following fields: Shipbuilding, Mechanical engineering, Civil engineering, Electrical engineering, Maritime technologies
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the offshore wind or shipbuilding industry
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams
- High level of flexibility and adaptability
- Willingness to travel for project implementation
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
