UKG Ready Support Consultant (Remote)

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 base

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a UKG Ready Support Consultant to provide ongoing support and guidance to clients utilizing the UKG Ready platform.

This fully remote role focuses on post-implementation support, helping clients maximize the value of their HR, payroll, and time & labor solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor for troubleshooting, system configuration, user support, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for clients using UKG Ready across HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions or escalations as required.
• Assist with configuration updates and system optimization initiatives.
• Support clients in improving HR, payroll, and workforce management processes.
• Deliver user training, guidance, and documentation to drive system adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality support and service.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting UKG Ready or a comparable HRIS platform.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes.
• Background in HRIS support, application support, system administration, or a related function.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Practical hands-on system experience is valued more highly than formal qualifications.
