Role Summary:

Senior BESS Project Manager responsible for managing utility-scale battery storage projects across Germany.

Acts as the central coordination point between:

Engineering teams

Technical consultants

Construction partners

Internal stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

End-to-end delivery of BESS projects

Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Ensure projects progress faster than anticipated timelines

Drive milestones through development and execution

HV / MV infrastructure coordination

Support battery integration and energisation activities

Stakeholder Management

Extensive stakeholder management required

Coordination with external partners and authorities

Strong communication across technical and commercial teams

Construction & Execution

Oversee construction phase activities

Manage contractors and project partners

Ensure delivery against programme, budget and quality targets

Candidate Profile

Looking for:

Senior Project Manager with utility-scale BESS experience

Strong HV/MV understanding
