Delivery Consultant – Space Technology

Darwin Recruitment is looking for an experienced, tech-focused Delivery Consultant to join our growing Umhlanga team, supporting specialist recruitment across the international Space Technology sector.

This is an opportunity to work with international clients and candidates, build specialist talent networks, and earn uncapped commission in a performance-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing and engaging specialist technology talent within the Space Technology market.

• Building and managing candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and Boolean searches.

• Conducting market mapping and identifying top talent for international opportunities.

• Partnering with consultants to understand client requirements and deliver quality candidate shortlists.

• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.

• Working towards delivery targets and contributing to team success.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a specialist technology recruitment agency.

• A strong understanding of technical recruitment and sourcing.

• Experience using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates.

• A target-driven mindset, strong work ethic and a genuine interest in technology.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-focused recruitment environment.

Important: This is a full-time, office-based position in Umhlanga, Durban, working US hours 13:00 – 22:00. The shift is non-negotiable.
