Darwin are currently working with a Hyperscale General Contractor who are looking for a Commissioning Lead to join their team, now looking for their next Quality Engineer hire, based near Olten, Switzerland.

Project focus
- Lead end-to-end data centre commissioning through testing and handover.
- Manage commissioning programme, CFCI/OFCI scope, resources and milestones.
- Lead commissioning teams, contractors, vendors and specialist engineers.
- Coordinate client, consultant and project stakeholders.
- Oversee functional and integrated systems testing.
- Resolve risks, defects, technical issues and commissioning delays.
- Ensure quality, H&S, documentation and client acceptance requirements are met.
- Drive final handover and operational readiness.
Key skills and Experience required
- Proven data centre commissioning experience, ideally hyperscale.
- Strong CFCI/OFCI and MEP commissioning knowledge
- Experience leading commissioning teams, contractors and vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management across client, consultant and contractor teams.
- Experience with FAT/SAT, IST, defects and handover.
- Strong focus on quality, H&S and programme delivery.
