Role: ADP Workforce Software Expert

Location: 100% Remote, working South Africa Time Zone

Start date/length: July 2026 – July 2027, to be extended or option for full time hire

Engagement type: Freelance/Contract – Option to join permanently after the initial 12 month engagement if preferred

About: This global partner are expending their capabilities into ADP Workforce Software. Given ongoing demand, they’re looking to bring in an experienced Subject Matter Expert for ‘Workforce Software’, which was acquired by ADP in 2021. This person will be the knowledge hub, subject matter expert, and technical consultant for a number of long term managed programs within the eco-system. This is a contract role with an option to work long term, or join as a full time hire depending on the preference of the consultant

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Software (formerly WorkForce Software) in an implementation, configuration, or SME capacity
• Deep functional and technical expertise across the Workforce Software platform, including time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and workforce rules
• Proven experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workforce Software in complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Workforce Software configuration, business rules engine, and system architecture
• Experience supporting full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or enhancements of Workforce Software
• Ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and functional issues within the Workforce Software platform
