Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to support major commercial construction projects in Dallas, with a strong focus on Primavera P6 scheduling, progress monitoring, and schedule management.

Project focus:
Support the planning, scheduling, and delivery of major commercial construction projects. The role will develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules, integrate subcontractor programmes, monitor progress and critical paths, identify potential delays, and support schedule-related claims and reporting.
Key skills and Experience required
· 6+ years of construction scheduling experience or equivalent practical experience
· Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6
· Ability to develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules
· Experience analysing critical paths, schedule variance, delays, and project forecasts
· Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery processes
· Experience integrating and coordinating subcontractor schedules
· Ability to monitor project progress and resource requirements
· Experience producing Gantt charts, schedule reports, progress updates, and forecasts
· Experience supporting delay analysis and schedule-related claims or disputes
